🛍️ Refund, Return& Cancellation Policy – LuxeCascade
1. Returns
We want you to be delighted with your LuxeCascade purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request areturn under the following terms:
Eligible for Return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Must include a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at theluxecascade@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping details.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. LuxeCascade is not responsible for lost packages.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
To cancel your order, email us at theluxecascade@gmail.com with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER – [Your Order Number].
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please initiate a return after delivery.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
● Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theluxecascade@gmail.com with Subject Line :DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM – [Your Order Number]
● Please attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.
● We will offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs, as applicable.
