At LuxeCascade, we take pride in a two-stage production process that reflects both cultural artistry and modern refinement:
🇮🇳 Stage 1 – Artisanal Crafting in India
The initial stage of production begins in India, where our pieces are partially handcrafted by skilled artisans in regions known for their rich brass-working heritage. In this stage, artisans:
● Cast and mold the raw brass into base shapes (trays, bowls, napkin rings, etc.).
● Carry out basic engraving and hammering techniques, forming the foundation of each item’s texture and design.
● Perform initial polishing to bring out the natural shine of the brass.
These pieces are then carefully packed and shipped to Canada.
🇨🇦 Stage 2 – Precision Finishing in Canada
Once they arrive in Canada, our team carries out the final detailing processes, including:
● Fine buffing and re-polishing for a luxurious, mirror-like or matte finish depending on the design.
● Protective coating using food-safe, tarnish-resistant solutions (where applicable).
● Visual inspection, quality assurance, and packaging to ensure every product meets LuxeCascade’s standards of elegance and durability.
